Why I'm walking
This challenge means a lot to me. Our team is aiming to walk 473 km, one kilometre for every kilometre my family has been flown by the RFDS last year. It’s a small way for us to give back to this essential service.
I’ve had the privilege of being a student with the RFDS, a family member nervously waiting for them, and a doctor receiving patients delivered by them. I’ve seen the RFDS from so many different perspectives, and each time I’m reminded what an incredible team they are, delivering high-quality care across our huge country.
Together, we can keep the Flying Doctor flying and help continue their life-saving work.
I'm fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctor Service
