We are fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctor Service
Australia is a big country, and for those living in remote, rural and regional areas, Like us in Bunbury.., access to immediate care isn’t a guarantee. For some communities, the nearest hospital is eight hours drive away or more.
This October, we're taking on a month-long fitness challenge to help more people access the care they need. They recently flew me from Bunbury to Perth to see the specialists there to treat my punctured left lung. They were amazing! The image used above is the Bunbury airport with a PC-15 taking off for Perth. The same strip I was flown from on the 28th August '25. Although I am still recovering, my family and I would like to do what we can to help. By going further, we hope to raise as much as possible for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS)!!
Every year, the RFDS reach more than 330,000 Australians with 24-hour emergency retrieval and primary healthcare services. That’s one person every two minutes! Sicknuts!
Together, we can keep the Flying Doctor flying and continue their life-saving work. Please donate to our family's challenge today!
