Why I'm walking
I'm walking this October to save lives and help more Australians access essential healthcare.

In March 2025, our family experienced firsthand just how important access to emergency healthcare is when you live remotely.
Our son Fraser was just 19 months old when he suffered a life-threatening accident at our family property, Mulga Belt, south of Mitchell. When every hour mattered, the Royal Flying Doctor Service was there to get him to the specialist care he needed in Brisbane.
That experience changed our family forever and gave us a whole new appreciation for RFDS and the lifeline they provide to rural and remote Australians.
Last year, with the incredible support of our family, friends and community, Team Fraser raised over $32,000 for RFDS.
This October, we’re doing it again.
Team Fraser is taking part in RFDS’s Oceans to Outback challenge throughout the month, with our family and friends running, walking and fundraising together.
And to kick it all off, my husband Flynn is taking on our biggest challenge yet: running 115km in one day from our front gate at Mulga Belt to the RFDS base in Roma.
We are doing this for our son, and for every rural family who deserves access to healthcare when they need it most.
Because when something goes wrong, it shouldn’t matter where you live.
Thank you for getting behind Team Fraser and helping us give back to the service that was there when our family needed it most.
So far this year
