Why I'm running
I'm running this October to save lives and help more Australians access essential healthcare.
Donate now >>I'm fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctor Service
I’m raising money for the Royal Flying Doctor Service, a cause that has become incredibly important to me and my family. Recently, my dad needed urgent medical care while in rural NSW and had to be flown to Sydney for treatment. In a situation where every moment mattered, the Royal Flying Doctor Service was there to get him the care he needed.
Experiencing firsthand just how important this service is has given me a whole new appreciation for the work they do. For people living, working or travelling in rural and remote Australia, access to emergency medical care isn’t always close by, and the RFDS can make an enormous difference when it matters most. I’m raising funds as a way of giving back and helping them continue to be there for other families when they need it most. Any donation, big or small, would mean a lot to me and my family.
