The staff at Clermont Hospital are raising money for the Royal Flying Doctor Service

Australia is a big country, and for those living in remote, rural and regional areas, access to immediate care isn’t a guarantee. 

For our community in Clermont, we understand how vital access to timely medical care can make a difference in someone's already difficult health journey. 

During 2024-2025, Clermont Hospital facilitated 115 patient transfers, including 59 fixed-wing transfer with the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS). 

That's 59 times the RFDS took to the skies to help connect a patient from our remote community with the care they needed. 

This October, the team at Clermont Hospital are taking on a month-long fitness challenge to help more people access the care they need. We are working together as a team to raise as much as possible for the RFDS.
