Walked 16.8km for work today.

Got a few km in today. Walking and Working.

Not a big day. But enough!!!

Day 7 15/10/25

Walked another few km for work again today. hahah. Pumping up the KM.

Day 6. 14/10/25

Walked 19.6 km over 9 hours. Felt good. feeling healthy.

Fifth day 13/10/25

Walk 15km for work again today. legs are feeling it after playing cricket over the weekend. hahah

Forth day 10/10/25

Walked 19.5km at work again. You really get the kms in as a Groundsman.

Third day 9/10/25

Walked 16.5km for work today. took my total up to 51km. thinking I can reach 210km easy. may have to up the target.

Second day. 8/10/25

Walked 17.4km for walk today. keeping off the pounds. hahah.

Afternoon walk 7/1025

Went for and afternoon walk with the family. With a lovely sunset for the afternoon. cheers.

First day 7/10/2025

Did 14.2km working around for work today. Was first day back for school. Had lots to do around the grounds.

We're fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctor Service

Australia is a big country, and for those living in remote, rural and regional areas, access to immediate care isn’t a guarantee. For some communities, the nearest hospital is eight hours drive away.

This October, we're taking on a month-long fitness challenge to help more people access the care they need. By going further, we hope to raise as much as possible for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS).

Every year, the RFDS reach more than 330,000 Australians with 24-hour emergency retrieval and primary healthcare services. That’s one person every two minutes!

Together, we can keep the Flying Doctor flying and continue their life-saving work. Please donate to our challenge today!
