I'm fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctor Service

This October, I’m taking on the challenge of running 87km to raise money for the Royal Flying Doctor Service. 

I’m currently living in Einasleigh, Queensland, a small and remote community in Far North Queensland, and living here has really opened my eyes to how difficult access to healthcare can be when you’re so far away from major towns and hospitals. The Royal Flying Doctor Service plays such an important role in communities like ours, visiting Einasleigh approximately once a month to provide much-needed healthcare and support. When you live remotely, having access to medical services isn’t something that can always be taken for granted. The RFDS rely on donations and community support to continue providing these essential services, so I wanted to do something to help. 87km is my small way of showing my support for an organisation that makes such a huge difference to people living remotely. Any donation, no matter how big or small, would mean so much and help support the incredible work of the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
