Why I'm walking
I recently had a heart attack and am very grateful for the quick response and the expertise of the Ambulance Crew & Paramedics who treated & then transported me to the hospital. This was due in part to living in the Adelaide Metropolitan area rather than the outback.
During the month of October, I will be walking 42kms to raise money for the Royal Flying Doctor Service to perhaps in a very small way, pay it forward and show my gratitude for my second chance at life.
