Why I'm running
It’s that time of year again, Ocean to Outback is starting next month, raising vital funds for the Royal Flying Doctors.
The Royal Flying Doctor Service has helped our family several times over the years. From airlifting Dad after his stroke, Granny when she had heart problems, to Liam’s multiple flights as a baby, and then last year when Jacob threatened to arrive early.
You really don’t have to go far before you come across someone who has been on, or knows someone who has been on, a life-saving flight.
We’ve personally seen just how important the Royal Flying Doctor Service is, and we’re so grateful they’ve been there for our family when we’ve needed them.
