I'm fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctor Service

Hey everyone,
As many of you know, mental health is a cause that is incredibly close to my heart. We all face times where things feel heavy, and finding the right support can make all the difference in the world.
I want to turn my own reflections and experiences into something active and positive.
That is why I am taking on a walking challenge to raise funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS).
While we often think of the RFDS for emergency flights, they are also a lifeline for mental health support in remote and rural communities where care is otherwise incredibly hard to reach.
For me, walking is a way to clear my mind, stay grounded, and move forward—one step at a time.
By doing this fundraiser, I want to help ensure that no one has to go through their struggles alone, no matter how isolated they are.
