I'm fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctor Service

Australia is a huge country, and for people living in rural and remote areas, getting urgent medical care isn’t always simple. Sometimes the closest hospital is hours and hours away.

That’s why the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) is so important. They’re the ones who step in when distance becomes the difference between life and death. I know this firsthand — when I was really unwell, the Flying Doctor helped me get urgent care in Townsville. Without them, I don’t know how I would have made it.

Every year, the RFDS helps more than 330,000 Australians through emergency flights and primary health care. That’s one person every two minutes! 🚑✈️

This October, I’m taking on a month-long fitness challenge to give back and help raise $1000 so the RFDS can keep saving lives in the bush and beyond.
