We're fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS)

Our Aussie friends know RFDS well, but for those who don't, it's an incredible organisation that acts as an air ambulance to fly remote and regional people to major health care services at no charge.  We have a personal appreciation of RFDS and will forever be grateful for their help in getting Waverly where she needed to be in time last year.

Australia is a big country, with lots of remote, rural and regional areas that are a significant distance and time to large cities and specialised health care services.  We and our island friends have the added complication of crossing the water, so access to immediate specialised care is limited.  RFDS has helped many of our island friends in times of health care needs!

This October, our family is taking on a month-long fitness challenge to raise funds and awareness for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS).  If you like to walk, run or cycle, and want to join our team, please do!!

And if you have any spare funds, please considering donating to our challenge today to help keep the Flying Doctor flying and continue their life-saving work.
