Why I'm riding
In 2020 I was in a devastating motor vehicle accident leaving me paralysed from my chest down. The RFDS saved my life flying me down to Perth for emergency surgery. I use a specialised functional electrical stimulation cycle by Myolyn to keep my paralysed legs strong and the muscle from wasting away. It’s the second time the RFDS has saved my life and they have helped a lot of people I know in the bush!!!
