Why I'm running

I'm running this October to save lives and help more Australians access essential healthcare.

I'm fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctor Service

Australia is a vast country, and for people living in remote, rural and regional communities, immediate medical care isn’t always within reach. For some, the nearest hospital can be up to eight hours drive away.

This October, I’ll be running 98 kilometres as part of the Oceans to Outback challenge, raising funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

Every year, the RFDS provides emergency retrieval and essential primary healthcare services to more than 330,000 Australians. That’s one person every two minutes.

By taking on this challenge, I hope to raise as much as possible to help the RFDS continue reaching Australians when and where they need care most.

Every donation, large or small, will help keep the Flying Doctor flying. I’d really appreciate your support!
