Why I'm walking
I'm walking this October to save lives and help more Australians access essential healthcare.
Donate now >>I'm fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctor Service
For me personally I needed the flying Dr’s to get myself across to Townsville to be able to have Charlie. Without their help what was a 2hr flight with them would have been a life threatening 12hr drive across. They are a free service to anyone remotely to whoever needs them whether it is a emergency and involves a aeromedical flight or just the pop up bush clinics that I was able to attend my midwife clinics and drs appointments.
This October, I’m taking on a month-long fitness challenge to help more people access the care they need. By going further, I hope to raise as much as possible for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS).
Every year, the RFDS reach more than 330,000 Australians with 24-hour emergency retrieval and primary healthcare services. That’s one person every two minutes!
Together, we can keep the Flying Doctor flying and continue their life-saving work. Please donate to my challenge today!
