Why I'm running
I'm running this October to save lives and help more Australians access essential healthcare.

This October, I am challenging myself to run 87km to help raise funds for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS), an organisation that has played an incredibly important role in my family’s life.
My younger brother, Koby, was diagnosed with medication-resistant epilepsy at just one year old. Now nine, he has required emergency medical treatment in Adelaide a countless amount of times, being transported there by the RFDS from our rural town, located three hours away.
With limited access to specialised medical care locally, the RFDS has been there for our family at the lowest of times.
Having experienced firsthand the difference the RFDS makes for rural families, I am taking on this challenge to help ensure they can continue providing essential and lifesaving care to those who need it.
Any donation, no matter the size, would be greatly appreciated and will help keep the Flying Doctor flying.
So far this year
I’ve helped provide...
0
Laryngoscopes – used to assist in intubating and ventilating a patient.
0
Life-saving medical chests for a remote, rural or regional community.
0
Defibrillator Pads – used with a machine to monitor a patient’s cardiac health.
Here's how much Emily has raised

Emily has raised a grand total of $6 over 2 years!
