Why I'm walking
I'm walking this October to save lives and help more Australians access essential healthcare.
Donate now >>I'm fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctor Service
Australia is a big country, and for those living in remote, rural and regional areas, access to immediate care isn’t a guarantee. For some communities, the nearest hospital is eight hours drive away.
This October, Arlo and I will be getting out and clocking up the kilometres to raise money for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS). A service that means so much to those of us living and working in rural and remote communities. 🐾💙
Every year, the RFDS helps more than 330,000 Australians, providing 24-hour emergency retrievals and essential healthcare services. That’s one person every two minutes!
Throughout October, I’ll be doing my bit to support this incredible service and the people who rely on it every day.
Any donation, big or small, would mean so much and help keep the Flying Doctor flying.
If you’re able to donate and support my challenge, I’d be incredibly grateful. 💙
So far this year
I’ve helped provide...
4
Laryngoscopes – used to assist in intubating and ventilating a patient.
3
Life-saving medical chests for a remote, rural or regional community.
2
Defibrillator Pads – used with a machine to monitor a patient’s cardiac health.

So proud of you and Arlo for doing this! Such an amazing cause that means so much to so many people in rural and remote Australia. Happy to support you both and such an important service. Go smash those kilometres!
