Why I'm walking
I am walking this October to raise money for the Royal Flying Doctors Service. My motivation is to give back for their crucial transport of my partner interstate to receive life saving surgery and returning him back home again to recover.
Any support would be appreciated. It may seem irrelevant to your life right now, however, you never know when you may need them to be there to help save you, or your loved one’s life.
Thank you
I'm fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctor Service
This October, I’m taking on a month-long fitness challenge to help more people access the care they need. I have a personal connection to the tremendous work that the Royal Flying Doctors Service does, as they were crucial for transporting my partner interstate while critically ill to receive life saving surgery. They were also essential in transporting him back to hospital closer to home to begin his long recovery. I now want to give back in any way I can.
It may seem irrelevant to your life right now, however, you never know when you may end up needing their help to save your life, or the life of a loved one.
Every year, the RFDS reach more than 330,000 Australians with 24-hour emergency retrieval and primary healthcare services. That’s one person every two minutes!
Together, we can keep the Flying Doctor flying and continue their life-saving work. Please donate to my challenge today!
