I'm fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctor Service

The RFDS have provided essential paediatric care for our autistic 4 year old daughter, Lysithea. My family and I live in Tasmania and access to paediatricians in this state is extremely limited, with wait times for non-urgent patients in excess of 12-18 months. We were fortunate that our referral was sent by our GP to the RFDS and within 1 month, our daughter was seen via telehealth by a wonderful paediatrician based in Melbourne. This essential care has sped up her access to intervention therapies, and we have had no out of pocket expenses for the care the RFDS provided.

As a result, I feel compelled to participate in this fundraiser. Times are definitely tight for many people, so there is no obligation to donate. However, if you can spare a small donation it would be greatly appreciated!
