Lenni & i are walking 100km for the royal flying doctors

This October, Lenni and I are taking on the Oceans to Outback Challenge, walking 100km to support the incredible work of the Royal Flying Doctor Service. The RFDS is a lifeline for more than 330,000 Australian’s each year —bringing emergency medical care, lifesaving flights, and vital health services to people who would otherwise be hours away from help. As a nurse, I know firsthand how relieving it is to watch those guys walk through the hospital doors to take over care and transport some of the sickest patients to speciality care in Adelaide. We are so lucky to have this amazing service and it is a privilege to be able to give back where we can. Every step we take is for the sick people who depend on those planes in the sky. By supporting our walk, you’re helping keep the Royal Flying Doctors flying, so they can continue reaching those who need them most.
