Oceans to outback challenge

On Wednesday myself and a team of lovely Wellstead ladies will be starting the Oceans to Outback Challenge to raise funds for the RFDS. I have set a goal to run/walk a personal record for the month with a distance goal of 217km, which is an average of 7km per day! The Royal Flying Doctor Service works to reduce the disparity of health service access. They bring emergency medical and primary health services to those areas that don't have access. They make it possible for people to live, work and travel across this large continent. I’m looking forward to challenging my fitness over the month and am very thankful to all who choose to support me, our team and the RFDS.
