Why I'm walking
As a baby, I contracted meningococcal septicaemia. The rarest form of the meningococcal virus. Due to living in the Wheatbelt at the time, had it not been for the Royal Flying Doctors Service there was no guarantee that I would've made it to Perth in reasonable time. Fortunately the RFDS not only transported me to PMH, they completed the handover entirely, ensuring nothing was lost in the communication. Now that I am a great deal older than 15 months, I have chosen to fundraise for this magnificent foundation and I need your help to do it. I'll be walking 97km over the month of October to raise funds for this charity. Every cent counts ✈️
