Day 15

We got out early and ticked off another 3.5km. Hattie had a scooter ride too

Wet szn incoming

Humidity is proving itself. 4km really feeling like 40km.... but we got it done, finished off with an extra 3.6km walk for the scenic route home ✨️ Storm clouds rolling in the distance

Sunday stroll

5km with Hattie & Elroy. Plenty of stops. little bit if scooting.

Got it done

Slow adjustment to the heat a short not so sweat but very sweaty 3km 🥵

Broome heat hits different

A few days off after the long 2 day drive back to Broome town 🌞 The 30 degree afternoons really hit harder than the freshness in Perth! Took big boy Meeks for a walk with me today. Short, sweet and bloody scorching, ease back into the weather and see if we can get a run in the next few days!!

Sub 30 5km *tick

Set out for a cruisy 6km today fueled by a delish dinner at Crown Modo Mido, some tasty wine and a cheeky win $$ Ended up hitting my goal of a Sub 30minute 5km!!! She's a happy girl today! And a shout out to the lovely lady who I gave Kudos to along the run, who pulled up in the car after to thank me as she got an extra 1km added to her run! You go girl 🫶🏽 you helped me too!

Saturday steps

avoided the rain this morning 6km stroll and coffee with my favourite human 🫶🏽

Saturday stroll

Didn’t make it for parkrun. Managed a stroll on my own and tick off another 4km

Morning stroll

Listening to the body today and taking it easy. A little 5km walk through the park with my coffee and my thoughts ✨️

Day 2

Time poor and low energy this morning but we got up, we got out and we banked a 4km 🌞

Day 1

Hattie coming along for the ride today. Knocked off 3kms. Hattie even joined with a little scooter ride.

First of the month vibes

Early rise and a crisp morning in Joondalup this morning! Poor sleep making this one painful! But we got it done! Shout out to Konnor for joining me on the first run for the Month! Appreciate you xo 5km done ✔️

We're fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctor Service

Australia is a big country, and for those living in remote, rural and regional areas, access to immediate care isn’t a guarantee. For some communities, the nearest hospital is eight hours drive away.

This October, we're taking on a month-long fitness challenge to help more people access the care they need. By going further, we hope to raise as much as possible for the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS).

Every year, the RFDS reach more than 330,000 Australians with 24-hour emergency retrieval and primary healthcare services. That’s one person every two minutes!

Together, we can keep the Flying Doctor flying and continue their life-saving work. Please donate to our challenge today!

Thank you to our supporters
