I'm fundraising for the Royal Flying Doctor Service

Another challenge for me to complete in October -

This year my dad’s health took a turn after a fall in March, he has been back and forward to Sydney, a 6 hour drive away (dad flying via air ambulance with me chauffeuring mum). He has had multiple appointments and surgeries (including getting a pacemaker and having brain surgery - scary times). One of these flights was from Narrandera with the Royal Flying Doctor Service and we are so grateful. 

This service is vital for those of us that live ‘out in the sticks’ hundreds of kilometres from life saving medical services. 

And so, I’m doing the Oceans to Outback Challenge to raise money to go towards keeping this service in the air.  87km in October should be a piece of cake 😉

Every year, the RFDS reach more than 330,000 Australians with 24-hour emergency retrieval and primary healthcare services. That’s one person every two minutes!
